• QR code scanning for job identification
• Photo capture and attachment for job documentation
• Sales visit logging with location tracking
• Real-time notifications and updates
• Customer portal for job status visibility
• WhatsApp message notifications

3. User Accounts

• You must be authorized by your organization's administrator to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must not share your account credentials with others.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Roles and Access

The Service supports multiple user roles including Admin, User, Customer, and Sales. Each role has specific permissions and access levels:

• Admin: Full access to manage users, jobs, customers, and system settings.
• User: Access to view and update assigned jobs and tasks.
• Customer: Access to view the status of their own jobs.
• Sales: Access to manage customer visits, contacts, and sales-related activities.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or system resources
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate another user or entity
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Arcade Lighting Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• You retain ownership of the data and content you upload to the Service.

• Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply.

10. Service Availability

• We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.
• We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcade Lighting Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties
